Common questions
Things people ask us first.
Don't see yours? Call us or start a free case review. There's no such thing as a dumb question here.
How much does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. Your first consultation is free, and you're under no obligation to hire us.
How do you get paid on injury cases?
Injury and wrongful death cases are typically handled on a contingency fee. That means no upfront cost to you; our fee comes out of the recovery. We'll walk you through the exact terms before you sign anything.
The insurance company already called me. What should I do?
Be polite, but don't give a recorded statement or sign anything until you've talked to a lawyer. Adjusters are trained to minimize what they pay.
Is there a deadline to file?
Yes. Every claim has a statute of limitations, and claims against government agencies can have much shorter notice deadlines. The sooner you call, the more options you have.
Do you only handle cases in Georgia?
We're based in Atlanta and licensed in Georgia and Maryland, with federal court admissions in Georgia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. We've handled matters in many other states too.
Ready to talk? It's free.
Fill out our short intake form and we'll reach out within one business day. Prefer the phone? Call us during office hours.
